Setup Guide
How It Works
📅 Schedule Cycle Counts
Go to Inventory › Operations › Cycle Counts. Define a counting schedule — by location, by product category, or by ABC classification. Set the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
📋 Generate Count Sheets
When a cycle count is due, click Generate to create an inventory count sheet for the selected location. The sheet lists all products currently stored there.
🔢 Count and Record
Warehouse staff physically count items and enter the actual quantity on the count sheet. Variances against the system quantity are calculated automatically.
✅ Validate and Adjust
Review variances — accept minor differences or investigate large discrepancies. Click Validate to apply adjustments to inventory. The system records the count date and results for traceability.
Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for the module, and click Install.
