This module extends Odoo Payroll to support foreign-currency employment contracts, controlled payroll accrual currency, and exchange rate management directly on payslips, without breaking standard payroll, accounting, or multi-company logic.

The solution is designed for companies that employ staff under contracts denominated in foreign currencies and require precise control over payroll calculation, reporting, and accounting impact.
