Show Total Products count and Total Quantity on Customer Invoices â in the form view and on the printed PDF report. Controlled by user group permission.

WHAT IT DOES

Two powerful totals on every invoice

This module adds a summary section at the bottom of every Customer Invoice showing the total number of distinct products and the total combined quantity. Both appear in the Odoo form view and on the printed PDF invoice. Access is controlled by a dedicated user group right.

TOTAL PRODUCTS

Product Count

Shows the number of distinct product lines on the invoice. If you have 2 products â it shows Total Product: 2.

TOTAL QUANTITY

Combined Qty

Shows the sum of all quantities across all lines. Example: 5 desks + 20 sofas = Total Quantity: 25.

GROUP RIGHT

Access Controlled

Only users with "Show Products and Quantity in Invoice" extra right enabled can see these totals. Assign per user.

FORM VIEW

Visible in Odoo Invoice

Summary box appears at bottom-left of the invoice form in Odoo, updating in real time as lines are added or changed.

PDF REPORT

Printed on Invoice PDF

The totals also print on the PDF invoice report, giving customers and auditors a clear product and quantity summary.

ZERO CONFIG

Install & Assign Group

Install the module, assign the group to required users. Done. No additional settings or developer mode needed.

STEP 1 — USER PERMISSION

Assign the group to required users

Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users. Open the user, scroll to Extra Rights section, and enable "Show Products and Quantity in Invoice". The highlighted checkbox below is what to look for.

STEP 2 — INVOICE FORM

Open any Customer Invoice. A summary box at the bottom-left shows based on the invoice lines.

Print or download the invoice PDF â useful for logistics, auditing and customer reference.

SUMMARY

Get started in 3 steps

1	Install the module Search Odoo Circle Invoice Quantity in Apps and install it.

2	Assign the group right Settings → Users, open the user → Extra Rights → enable "Show Products and Quantity in Invoice".

3	Open any Customer Invoice See Total Product and Total Quantity in the summary box. Print the invoice to see them on the PDF too.
