Why it matters
An appraisal is only useful if people trust it.
Spreadsheets drift, the same score means different things to different managers, and last year's reviews are lost by March. Ochre Appraisal puts the rules in Odoo: who scores what, how it is weighted, which stages apply, and how each period rolls up across the year.

A complete appraisal, configured to your policy
Define the traits, the weights and the stages once. Odoo runs the rest, from the employee's self-appraisal to the year-end roll-up.
