Let your customers book Calendar meetings directly from the portal — with full Odoo Calendar integration.

This Odoo portal extension by Odonity allows your customers, partners, or vendors to request and track meetings directly from their portal account. Each portal meeting is created in the standard Calendar app, with organizer, attendees, reminders, tags, and privacy options.

Installation

  1. Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
  2. Restart the Odoo server.
  3. Activate Developer Mode.
  4. Install the module from Apps > Portal Meeting Scheduler Pro | Book Calendar Meetings From Portal (By Odonity).
  5. Make sure portal users are assigned to the Portal group and have related partners with a company (commercial partner).
  6. Open My Account > Meetings from the portal to list, search and book meetings.

Usage

  • From the portal, open Meetings and click “Book New Meeting” to open the popup.
  • Fill in subject, time range, location, video link, attendees, tags, reminders, privacy, notes and description.
  • Once created, the meeting appears in the standard Calendar app for internal users.
  • Portal users can open a meeting from the list and use “Send Message” to: - Post to the meeting chatter - Notify attendees by email

Compatibility

  • Works with Odoo Enterprise Calendar and Mail applications
  • Designed to be forward-compatible and version-independent (no version hardcoding)
