Installation & Usage

  • Install like a standard Odoo app
  • In Maintenance → Stages, mark one stage as "New Stage", enable "Allow Edit" and "Allow Delete" on New if desired
  • Invite users as Portal; they will find Maintenance in My Account

This Odoo Maintenance extension by Odonity enables your customers or internal portal users to create and manage maintenance requests directly from My Account. Includes search, sort, group, list & detail pages — just like Sales Orders and Invoices.

Installation

  1. Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
  2. Restart the server and update apps list.
  3. Install Portal Maintenance Pro | Submit Maintenance Request From Portal (By Odonity).
  4. In Maintenance > Configuration > Stages, mark exactly one stage as New Stage, enable Allow Edit and Allow Delete if you want deletion at New.
  5. Invite users as Portal users; they will see Maintenance in My Account.
