Installation

Add to AddonsCopy
odnt_purchase_xls_pro to your custom addons directory.2
Restart ServerRestart your Odoo server to register the new module.

Enable Developer ModeSettings → General Settings → Activate Developer Mode.

Install ModuleApps → Update Apps List → Search Purchase XLS Pro → Install.
Usage
- Open any Purchase Order and click the Export XLS smart button
- Or select multiple orders from the list view → Action → Export to Excel
- Choose which sheets to include (Summary, Lines, Financial, Analytics)
- Toggle product image embedding on or off
- Click Export to Excel and download the
.xlsxfile

Installation
- Copy the odnt_purchase_xls_pro folder into your Odoo custom addons directory.
- Restart the Odoo server.
- Activate Developer Mode from Settings > General Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and click Update Apps List.
- Search for Purchase XLS Pro and click Install.
Usage
Single Order Export:
- Open any Purchase Order.
- Click the Export XLS smart button (top-right button box area).
- Configure which sheets to include and whether to embed product images.
- Click Export to Excel.
- Download the generated .xlsx file.
Bulk Export:
- Open the Purchase Orders list view.
- Select one or more orders using the checkboxes.
- Click Action → Export to Excel.
- Configure export options and download.
Sheet Overview
- Sheet 1 — Order Summary
- Company logo, PO details, vendor information, procurement representative, payment terms, fiscal position, incoterm, receipt destination, delivery & billing status counts, and notes/terms.
- Sheet 2 — Order Lines
- Product thumbnails (embedded), internal reference, product name, description, category, ordered qty, received qty, billed qty, unit price, discount, applied taxes, subtotal, tax amount, line total, and colour-coded receipt status.
- Sheet 3 — Financial Summary
- Untaxed amount, per-tax-group breakdown, total tax, grand total, amount billed via vendor bills, and amount not yet billed (highlighted when outstanding). Also includes total ordered / received / billed quantity summary.
- Sheet 4 — Procurement Analytics
- Product-level quantity and value breakdown, highest value line, highest qty line, receipt status summary (fully received / partial / not received counts), and tax distribution summary.
