Installation & Usage
- 1 Copy module into your Odoo custom addons directory
- 2 Restart the Odoo server
- 3 Activate Developer Mode from Settings
- 4 Go to Apps → Install Repair Order Contract Pro
- 5 Go to Repair → Repair Contracts → Contract Templates
- 6 Edit the 3 default templates or create new ones with placeholders
- 7 Open any Repair Order → Contracts tab → Add Contract
- 8 Send by email, sign in-person, or share the portal link with the customer

Installation
- Copy the odnt_repair_contract folder into your Odoo custom addons directory.
- Restart the Odoo server.
- Activate Developer Mode (Settings → Activate the Developer Mode).
- Navigate to Apps → Update App List → search for "Repair Contract".
- Install the module.
- Go to Repair → Repair Contracts → Contract Templates to configure.
Configuration
- Open Repair → Repair Contracts → Contract Templates.
- Create or edit a template using the HTML editor.
- Use placeholders like {{customer_name}}, {{product_name}}, {{date_today}} etc.
- Enable Auto-Send on Repair Confirmation if needed.
- Set validity days and reminder settings.
Usage
Adding a Contract to a Repair Order:
- Open any Repair Order.
- Click the Contracts smart button or go to the Contracts tab.
- Click Add Contract and select a template.
- The contract content is auto-populated with repair details.
- Send via email, share portal link, or sign in-person.
Collecting a Signature:
- Online: Customer receives email with portal link → reviews contract → draws signature.
- In-Person: Click "Sign In-Person" on the contract → customer signs on screen.
Bulk Operations:
- Select multiple repair orders in list view.
- Click Action → Send Contract (Bulk) → choose template → send all.
