1. Floating Context Engine

• Navigate to any record in Odoo (e.g., a specific CRM Lead or Sale Order).
• Click the floating AI Copilot button in the bottom right corner.
• Notice the "Context Badge" at the top of the chat showing that the AI is reading the active record.
• Ask a direct question like "What is the status of this deal?" without explicitly naming the customer. The AI automatically knows who you are referring to!

2. Agentic Workflow Execution

• Ask the AI to perform a task, for example: "Fetch the last 5 high-value sale orders and summarize them."
• The AI automatically triggers the ai.action.executor in the background.
• It queries the Odoo database directly (respecting your security access rules) and streams the live data back to you in seconds.

• From the main Odoo menu, click on the **AI Advisor** app icon.

1. Image Analysis (Vision)

• Open any page in Odoo and click the AI Copilot floating action button to open the chat widget.
• Click the new paperclip icon next to the chat input field.
• Select an image file (e.g., a product photo, a receipt, or a screenshot). You should see a preview of the attachment above the input box.
• Type a prompt like "What is in this image?" or "Extract the total amount from this receipt" and hit send.
• Verify that the AI provider (Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude) responds accurately based on the image content.

2. PDF & Document Extraction

• Open the chat widget and click the paperclip icon to upload a PDF document or a text file (e.g., a sample contract or invoice).
• Type a prompt like "Summarize this document in 3 bullet points" and send it.
• The native ai_document_service automatically extracts the text, safely compresses the tokens, and sends it to the AI for an accurate summary.

3. Automatic Security & File Validation

The module natively intercepts file uploads to protect your Odoo instance:

• Uploads an unsupported file type (like a .exe or .bat script) will be instantly blocked by the UI and throw a validation error.
• Massive files (PDFs larger than 20MB or images over 10MB) are proactively rejected by the file size limit engine.

4. Premium Contextual AI Skills

• Navigate to the Invoicing app and open an invoice (account.move), or go to the Purchase app and open a Purchase Order.
• Open the AI Copilot widget. Because you are on a specific record, the Context Engine displays targeted skill chips like Invoice Analyzer or PO Analyzer.
• Upload an external PDF invoice or PO using the paperclip icon.
• Click the skill chip to automatically trigger the analysis. The AI acts instantly to extract payment terms, summaries, and risks without requiring a manual prompt!
