Select the customer and products. Click the "Add Shipping" button inside your sales order form.
Click "Get Rates" to fetch real-time shipping costs directly from the Australia Post API.
Confirm and add the calculated cost to your sales order lines, which automatically creates the stock delivery record.
Package stock items using Odoo's native "Put in Pack" feature. The integration maps package types and weights correctly.
Click Validate on the delivery order. Odoo calls the API to book the shipment on Australia Post/StarTrack systems.
The API creates the shipment, returns the consignment ID, and updates the Odoo tracking record fields.
The downloaded label file is attached to the picking's message chatter. Depending on your choice, Odoo saves standard PDF files or ZPL thermal print code.
