Frequently Asked Questions

On the Odoo main App Dashboard/Home screen. Look for the Sketch app icon (the Excalidraw logo). Click it to open the full whiteboard canvas.

The model list is filtered to only show: Models that have an active chatter/mail thread (mail.thread) — so that the attachment can be seen in the record's chatter. Models that the current logged-in user has write access to — for security and data integrity. Internal Odoo technical models (like ir.*, mail.* logs, bus.*, utm.*, etc.) are excluded from the list.
