When using the system, we often find ourselves creating many invoices for the same client, which we wish to merge for more efficiency. This Odoo Invoice line merge module works perfectly in that it allows you to merge multiple customer invoices. This Odoo module also aids in the reduction of the number of entries for the same Partner’s Customer Invoices and Supplier Invoices, allowing for easier management. You can effortlessly combine several customer invoices with this Odoo app and pay with a single register payment.

Create Invoice. Duplicate Lines.

Add the same product on multiple lines within a single invoice. The module detects matching lines by product, price, discount, taxes, and account.

Merge Lines. One Click.

Hit the merge button or trigger the server action. Matching lines are combined instantly — quantities summed, everything else preserved.

Auto Merge. Zero Effort.

Enable Auto Merge IO Line in Accounting → Configuration → Settings. Every new invoice merges duplicates on creation.

Select Drafts. Same Customer.

Select multiple draft invoices from the list view. All must belong to the same partner to proceed with the merge.

Merge Invoices. Done.

Trigger the server action — a single new draft invoice is created containing all lines from the selected invoices. Clean and efficient.

User Guide

Installation and Configuration

Install from the Apps menu after adding the module to your addons path. No extra configuration is required for basic use. To merge duplicate lines automatically on new invoices, enable Auto Merge IO Line under Accounting → Configuration → Settings.
