A focused Odoo for every role
Lite Mode lets administrators define exactly which apps and sub-menus each user sees inside Odoo. Stop overwhelming new employees or non-technical staff with a cluttered interface — give everyone a workspace built for their role.
When active, the home screen shows only allowed apps and the nav bar shows only allowed sub-menus. Everything else is cleanly hidden — not disabled, just invisible. Admins always retain full access.

Visual three-column builder — pick a user, assign a config, check menus. Folders auto-check all children.
Per-User Config
Each user gets their own menu config. Create unlimited named configs and reuse them across users.
Admin Lock Mode
Disable the toggle for specific users so they can't switch back. Banner shows “Managed by admin”.
Home Screen Filtering
Only allowed app icons appear on the home screen. Filtered apps completely hidden — not greyed out.
Deep Sub-Menu Filtering

Persistent State
Lite Mode state is saved server-side. On every login or refresh the user's mode is automatically restored.
