User guide â Delivery Driver Hub
Follow these steps to install the app, register drivers, assign deliveries, and use the dashboard. You need Inventory (and Sales with stock) installed.
1. Install and open the app
- Go to Apps, remove the Apps filter, search Delivery Driver Hub, and click Install (or Activate).
- Open the Delivery hub app from the app switcher (truck-style icon).
- Use Overview for the dashboard; use Refresh on the dashboard after big changes.
2. Register drivers (Inventory managers)
- Open Delivery hub â Drivers (visible to Inventory / Administrator).
- Create a driver: name, company, phone details; optionally Linked user for âMy deliveriesâ filters.
- Optional: set Vehicle plate and Sequence for ordering in lists.
3. Performance tier thresholds (per company)
- Open Delivery hub â Configuration â Performance tiers.
- Set Pro badge from and Elite badge from (completed outgoing deliveries). Elite must be greater than Pro.
- Save; driver badges and the dashboard update for that company.
4. Assign a driver on a delivery
- Open an outgoing delivery (delivery order / stock picking).
- On the Additional Info tab, set Delivery driver, add Instructions for driver if needed.
- Driver assigned on and related phones update automatically; chatter logs driver changes.
- Drivers cannot be set on non-outgoing transfers (validation error).
5. Bulk assign
- Open Delivery hub â Outgoing deliveries (or any outgoing picking list).
- Select lines â Action â Assign driver (or use Delivery hub â Assign driver and pick transfers).
- Choose driver and Apply; only same-company outgoing pickings are valid.
6. Dashboard shortcuts
- No driver, Late (scheduled), Ready, and Assigned open cards open filtered delivery lists when clicked.
- By driver rows open the driver form; Next stops rows open the transfer.
7. Filters and sales view
- On internal picking search: Delivery: no driver and My deliveries (when the driver is linked to your user).
- On a Sales order, the Shipping section shows the current delivery driver (read-only) from the open outgoing picking.
8. Dependencies and roles
- Depends on: Inventory and Sales (with stock).
- Inventory / User: can use Overview, assign drivers, run bulk assign; Drivers menu is manager-only.
- Multi-company: drivers and tier settings are isolated per company.
