User guide â Employee Warning Hub
Follow these steps to install the app, configure users, create warnings, and complete manager and HR approvals. You need Employees and Discuss/Mail installed.
1. Install and open the app
- Go to Apps, remove the Apps filter, search Employee Warning Hub, and click Install.
- Open the Warning hub app from the app switcher.
- Use Overview for analytics and Warnings to manage records.
2. Configure user access groups
- Users with no warning groups get no access to this module.
- Assign Warning Manager to users who submit records and approve manager stage.
- Assign Warning HR Approver to HR users who perform final approval.
3. Create and submit warning
- Open Warning hub â Warnings and create a new record.
- Set employee, warning type, severity, incident date, and details.
- Click Submit to move the warning to manager approval stage.
4. Manager stage approval
- Warning Manager reviews records in Waiting Manager Approval.
- Click Manager Approve to push the record to HR stage.
- Or click Reject (rejection reason required).
5. HR final approval
- Warning HR Approver reviews records in Waiting HR Approval.
- Click HR Approve for final approval.
- System sends final warning email to employee recipients and keeps audit fields.
6. Dashboard usage
- Use KPI cards for Pending approvals, Approved total, Active warnings, and Multiple warnings.
- Open records directly from pending queue and employee warning summary rows.
7. Employee smart buttons
- On employee form, use Warnings and Active Warnings smart buttons.
- Each button opens employee-specific warning records for quick HR follow-up.
8. Dependencies and controls
- Depends on: Employees and Discuss.
- Roles: Warning Manager handles manager-stage flow; Warning HR Approver performs final HR approval.
- Multi-company: records are restricted by company access rules.
