Key Features
Hide Delete, Archive, Duplicate, Create, Edit, Export and Print actions per user with global or per-model rules
Hide the Delete button
Remove the Delete option from the gear menu in form view, list view, and kanban view for selected users.
Hide Archive & Unarchive
Stop restricted users from archiving or unarchiving records so they cannot remove items from active views.
Hide Duplicate
Remove the Duplicate action to prevent accidental copies of orders, contacts, or any record.
Hide Create & Edit
Make any model effectively read-only for selected users by hiding the Create and Edit actions.
Hide Export & Print
Block Export and Print on sensitive models to keep confidential data inside the system.
Global rule for all models
Tick Apply to All Models to apply the same restrictions across every model in one rule.
Per-model targeting
Pick specific models, like Sales Order or Contact, to apply restrictions only where they are needed.
Activate or archive rules
Turn any rule on or off with the active toggle without losing its configuration, so you can pause and resume restrictions any time.
Administrator always exempt
Validation prevents adding the Administrator to a rule so you can never accidentally lock yourself out of any action.
