Step 1: Install & Activate
Install and activate the CRM Stage History & Pipeline Aging module from the Apps menu. Existing opportunities can be analyzed immediately after installation.
Step 2: Open Any Opportunity
Open any CRM opportunity and navigate to the newly added Stage History tab to view complete stage movement records. View who changed the stage, when it was changed, stage entry and exit dates, and how long the opportunity remained in each stage.
Step 3: Use Smart Button
Click the History smart button to instantly access all stage records related to the selected opportunity.
Step 4: Identify Stuck Opportunities
Use built-in filters to quickly find opportunities stuck for 15, 30, or 60+ days and improve pipeline follow-up efficiency.
Step 5: Visual Pipeline Monitoring
Opportunities that remain too long in the pipeline are automatically highlighted, helping managers focus on aging deals.
Step 6: Open Stage Analysis
Navigate to the Stage Analysis menu under CRM Reporting to analyze historical stage performance across your sales pipeline.

This module automatically tracks every CRM stage change and records who changed the stage, when it changed, how long the opportunity stayed in each stage, and the current stage age.
What information is tracked?
The module tracks stage entry date, stage exit date, previous stage, new stage, responsible user, time spent in the stage, and the current stage age.
Where can I view the stage history?
A dedicated Stage History tab is added inside every CRM opportunity, allowing users to review the complete timeline of stage movements.
