How does Two-Factor Authentication work?
After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app. Only if both are correct will access be granted.
Which authenticator apps are supported?
The module works with any TOTP-based app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy.
Do I need to re-enter the code every login?
Yes, for maximum security, you will need to enter a new code each time you log in. Codes refresh automatically every 30 seconds in your authenticator app.
What if I lose access to my authenticator app?
In case you lose your phone or authenticator app access, an admin can reset your 2FA setup so you can reconfigure with a new device.
