How does the FBR POS Integration work in Odoo?

The FBR POS Integration module in Odoo automatically connects your POS invoices with the FBR system. It submits sales data to FBR in real-time, generates an FBR invoice number and QR code, and stores the response securely within the POS order.

Does it require internet for FBR submission?

Yes, a stable internet connection is required to submit invoice data to the FBR server. If offline, invoices are queued and automatically sent when the connection is restored.

Can it handle both cash and card payments?

Absolutely! The module supports multiple payment types including cash, card, and mixed payments. All payment information is included in the FBR submission.

Is the FBR QR code printed on the receipt?

Yes, once the invoice is successfully submitted to FBR, the QR code provided by FBR is printed on the POS receipt for customer verification.

What happens if FBR rejects a transaction?

If a transaction is rejected by FBR, the reason is logged in the order. The user can review and manually retry submission from the POS backend or via the error log screen.
