OMS Amazon is a dedicated order management system built on Odoo 19 that allows staff to create and manage custom clothing orders with specific measurements, sizes, colors, and product details, automatically generating linked Sale Orders, deliveries, and invoices without any double data entry.

Key Features:

• OMS Order Management : A dedicated app separate from standard Sales where staff create custom clothing orders with specific measurements, colors, sizes, and product details. Orders are tracked from creation through confirmation to delivery with a clean status pipeline.
• Automatic Sale Order Creation: When an OMS order is confirmed, it automatically creates a linked Sale Order in Odoo's standard Sales module with all fields transferred — product, quantity, price, customer details, measurements. This eliminates double data entry completely.
• Delivery Status Tracking :OMS orders automatically sync their shipping status from the linked sale order's delivery — showing Shipped, Ready, Processing, Cancelled directly on the OMS list view without opening individual records.
• Urgent Order Management:Staff can mark orders as Urgent which automatically reduces the delivery date to next day. Each user has a configurable limit on how many urgent orders they can create, preventing abuse and helping warehouse prioritize workload.
• Sale Card PDF Report : A three-column printable Sale Card per order showing all measurements, product image, size, color, chest measurements and remarks. Designed for physical workshop/tailoring use — three copies printed per order for workshop, customer, and records.
• Hide Menu Access Control : Admin can hide specific Odoo menu items per user, restricting access without needing full security groups. Also controls delivery time per user — how many days their orders get for delivery calculation.
