Do I need a Meta Business API account?
No. The default path is a free QR scan — no Meta approval and no per-message fees. The official Meta Cloud API is available as an optional second transport if you want it.
Can I really make voice and video calls?
Yes — 1:1 WhatsApp audio and video calls are placed and answered from Odoo Discuss, with an in-app call panel and a per-contact call log.
Does it work on Odoo Community?
Yes, on both Community and Enterprise (Odoo 19). It is self-hosted — your WhatsApp session stays on your own server.
Can I connect more than one number?
