Ora-Ai Call

After installing the module, we can see the module in the dashboard.

After creating account twilio we will get the private key and public key.

Add the keys into the voice assistant settings.

From the Assistant form view, you can configure a new assistant by specifying a name and, under the Model tab, selecting the appropriate AI model and LLM provider.

From the Assistant form view, under the Transcriber tab, you can configure the transcriber by selecting the appropriate transcriber model and provider.

After saving all information about the assistant we can create the assistant by clicking the Create Assistant Button.

For incoming call setup,Set up the Twilio phone number, Twilio SID, Twilio auth token and choose assistant.

After all, setup clicks on the Set Number, it will generate the corresponding phone number id.

By clicking on the Set Number, it will register the twilio number with VAPI.

For incoming call we can see the call transcript.

After specifying the necessary product and its quantity confirming the order. It will create the corresponding Sale order.

Creating squad for the assistants ,that will help to switch the assistant based on the preferable language in a call.
