Bulk Payments Reset
Reset multiple payments to draft or cancel them in one controlled accounting action.
Overview
This module adds a bulk payment reset wizard to Accounting so users can process multiple payments from a single screen. Instead of opening payments one by one, authorized users can select several records and apply one consistent action: reset them to draft or cancel them directly from the wizard.
Features
- Adds a dedicated security group: Allow Bulk Payment Reset.
- Opens a multi-payment wizard that works on all selected payment records at once.
- Lets the user choose one action with a radio option: Reset to Draft or Cancel Payments.
- Shows the selected payment details inside wizard lines before the bulk action is confirmed.
- Supports both bulk reset and bulk cancel flows from one guided interface.
Configuration
Grant the bulk payment reset security permission to the required accounting users. Then go to the Payments list, select the payments you want to process, launch the wizard, review the loaded payment lines, and choose whether all selected records should be reset to draft or cancelled.
