Create Website Maintenance Request
Let website visitors submit maintenance issues with requester details and attachments.
Overview
This module adds a maintenance request form on the website so customers, visitors, or clients can report issues without entering the backend. The request is created directly in Odoo Maintenance with requester details and uploaded files attached to the record.
Features
- Adds a public website form for maintenance request submission.
- Captures requester name, email, phone, company, issue subject, description, and optional equipment.
- Supports multiple file attachments during website submission.
- Shows website requester details on the backend maintenance request form and adds a dedicated search filter.
Usage
Publish the website, open the Maintenance Request menu, fill out the request form, and upload any supporting files. After submission, the maintenance request becomes available in the backend for the maintenance team to process.
