Packie Shipping

Ship from Odoo with Packie — New Zealand's multi-carrier shipping platform.

Connect your Odoo store to Packie and ship your sales orders through NZ Post, PostHaste, CastleParcel and Aramex (Fastway) without leaving Odoo. Orders sync in real time. Tracking writes back automatically.

What this app does

  • Real-time order sync. Confirm a quotation in Odoo and the sales order appears in your Packie account within a second. No copy-pasting addresses, no manual export.
  • Automatic tracking writeback. Create a label inside Packie and the tracking number is written onto the linked Odoo picking. The picking is validated automatically, so Odoo's standard delivery-confirmation email fires to your customer.
  • Safety-net retry. If Packie is unreachable when an order is confirmed, a built-in 30-minute cron retries until success. You don't have to do anything.
  • Works on Community and Enterprise editions.

Setup in 60 seconds

  1. Install this module from your Odoo Apps screen.
  2. Sign in to your Packie account at packie.co.nz, go to Settings → Integration → Odoo, click Setup New and copy the API key it issues.
  3. In Odoo go to Settings → Packie Shipping, paste the API key, click Save.
  4. The addon auto-registers with Packie on Save. That's it — confirm a quotation and it appears in your Packie account.
