Overview Overview
The Partner Outstanding Payment Information / Statement module helps users easily track outstanding customer invoices and vendor bills directly from the partner form view in Odoo. It provides a clear summary of pending amounts, overdue balances, and outstanding payments for both customers and vendors. The module also allows users to generate and download payment statements in both PDF and XLSX formats for better reporting and record management.

1. Open Customer
Go to the Invoicing module and open the Customers menu to access customer records and view their outstanding payment details.

2. Customer Statement Tab
Under the customer form view, users can find the Customer Statement tab which displays all pending customer invoices. The statement includes important payment details such as invoice information, overdue amounts, due dates, and outstanding balances, helping users quickly monitor customer payment status.

3. Customer Statement Printing
Users can generate customer outstanding statements in multiple formats directly from the customer form view. By clicking the Print Statement (.PDF) button, the statement can be downloaded as a PDF document, while the Print Statement (.XLSX) button allows users to export the statement in Excel format for further analysis and reporting purposes.
