Create account statements with aging, PDF output, and email follow-up
Replace spreadsheet-based customer and vendor statements with a repeatable Odoo workflow built from posted accounting entries.
Generate statements by partner and date range, refresh open receivable or payable lines, review aging buckets, print PDF statements, and send follow-up emails directly from Odoo.
Designed for Accounting Follow-up
Month-end customer statements and supplier balance confirmations often start in Odoo but end in spreadsheets. This application keeps the statement process inside Odoo with source documents, status tracking, and partner history.

Create Statements from a Wizard
Open Accounting > Reporting > Partner Statements > Create Statement and select the partner, statement type, company, and date range.
- Select Customer, Vendor, or Customer & Vendor statement type.
- Choose the statement date and accounting cut-off date.
- Optionally include paid or reconciled items.
- Create the statement and refresh lines from posted accounting entries.
Review Balances and Aging Buckets
Each statement calculates total due and aging buckets from the open residual amounts on receivable and payable journal items.

Statement Workflow
- Draft statements can be refreshed.
- Statements can be printed as PDF.

Audit Every Statement Line
Statement lines keep a link to the source accounting document and journal item. Users can review invoice date, due date, days overdue, aging bucket, and amount due.

Print and Email Statements
Click Print Statement to generate a PDF statement for the partner. Click Send by Email to open an Odoo mail composer with the statement template ready for review.
The user reviews the email before sending. The application does not send external emails automatically.
Management Reporting
Use list, pivot, and graph views to analyze statement balances by partner, statement type, status, and statement month.
