PHASE 1 · ONE-TIME SETUP
Step 1 · Connect Your euPago Account
Paste your euPago API Key, add your Client ID and Secret for refunds and status checks, then pick Sandbox or Production. That is all the setup it takes.
Step 2 · Pick Methods & Publish
Choose which methods to show, then set the provider to Published. euPago now appears as a payment option on your storefront, customer portal and invoice pay pages.
PHASE 2 · CUSTOMER PAYS
Step 3 · Pick euPago & a Method at Checkout
Your customer selects euPago at the Odoo checkout, then chooses Card, MB WAY, Google Pay or Apple Pay from the clean picker inside it.
Step 4 · MB WAY, Approved in the App
For MB WAY the customer confirms their phone number and approves the payment with a tap in the MB WAY app, without ever leaving your store.

PHASE 3 · INSIDE ODOO
Step 7 · Transaction Marked Done in Odoo
The matching Odoo transaction flips to Done as soon as euPago confirms the payment, no manual updates required.
Step 8 · Invoice Auto-Reconciled
The invoice or sale order is matched to the payment and marked paid automatically. Clean accounting, zero data entry.
Step 9 · Refund in One Click
Open the payment and click Refund. The customer is reimbursed by euPago and your accounting picks up the refund automatically.

Is this compatible with Odoo Enterprise and Community?
Yes. Fully compatible with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) and Odoo Community. Not compatible with Odoo Online (SaaS) as it does not support third-party apps.
Do I get free support after purchase?
Yes, 60 days of free support from the date of purchase. Each Odoo version is sold separately.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Your customers can pay with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), MB WAY, Google Pay and Apple Pay, all from one euPago option at checkout. You decide which ones to show with a simple switch in the settings.
Which currency and country does it support?
euPago charges in Euro (EUR) and is built for Portugal. MB WAY is a Portuguese method, while Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay also work for card holders paying in euro.
Does the customer leave my website to pay?
It depends on the method. MB WAY is approved in the app, so the customer never leaves your store. Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay open euPago's secure hosted page for a moment, then send the customer straight back to your order or invoice page. This keeps card details off your store and helps build buyer trust.
Do I need to be PCI compliant to use this?
No. Card details are entered on euPago's secure page and never touch your Odoo server. euPago handles the security and compliance for you.
Can I test before going live?
Absolutely. Switch the provider to Sandbox mode, enter your euPago sandbox key, and try payments end-to-end. Switch to Production with your live key whenever you're ready, no code changes needed.
How are refunds handled?
Open the payment in Odoo and click Refund for the full amount or a part of it. euPago credits the customer and the refund is logged against the original payment in your accounting.
What if a customer closes the browser or an update is delayed?
You are covered two ways. A background sync quietly checks back with euPago and settles any payment the customer did not return from, and every transaction gets a "Refresh from euPago" button that pulls the latest status on demand.
Can I show only some of the methods?
Yes. In the provider settings you can turn MB WAY, Google Pay and Apple Pay on or off with a simple switch. Only the methods you enable appear at checkout.
