Integrate HiPay Enterprise payment gateway with your Odoo 19 eCommerce. Accept 20+ payment methods across Europe via HiPay's secure hosted payment page. Supports manual and automatic capture, partial refund, 3-D Secure, and webhook signature verification.

Setting up HiPay is simple, fast, and perfectly integrated with Odoo.

1. Install the module from Apps > search for "HiPay".
2. Go to Invoicing / Accounting > Configuration > Payment Providers > HiPay.
3. Enter your API Login and API Password from the HiPay Back Office (Integration > Security Settings > API Credentials).
4. (Recommended) Enter the Secret Passphrase from HiPay Back Office (Integration > Security Settings) for webhook signature verification.
5. Set the provider state to Test Mode (sandbox) or Enabled (production).

Congratulations, you are ready to accept payments!

This module supports 20+ payment methods. Choose a specific payment method or use the default HiPay method to show all available methods on the hosted page. Configure the HiPay Payment Product field on each payment method to control which products are displayed.

When the customer selects iDEAL, the HiPay hosted page displays the iDEAL / Wero payment option. The customer is then redirected to finalize the transaction via their bank.

The customer clicks Pay Now and is securely redirected to HiPay's hosted payment page. After completing the payment, they are automatically redirected back to your Odoo shop.

Full transaction lifecycle management directly from Odoo:

• Automatic Capture (Sale) — Funds are captured immediately. Default mode.
• Manual Capture (Authorization) — Authorize first, capture later from Odoo. Up to 7 days to capture.
• Partial Capture — Capture a specific amount less than the full authorization.
• Full Refund — Refund the entire captured amount with one click.
• Partial Refund — Refund a specific partial amount.
• Void — Cancel an authorization before capture.

• 3-D Secure — Automatic 3DS authentication when supported by the card issuer.
• Webhook Signature Verification — SHA-1, SHA-256, or SHA-512 verification of server-to-server notifications, auto-detected from signature length.
• Redirect Signature Verification — Verifies the integrity of return URL parameters using the secret passphrase.
• HiPay Sentinel (Fraud Screening) — Challenged transactions are automatically flagged as "Pending" with a fraud review message.
• Chargeback & RDR Handling — Visa Rapid Dispute Resolution and chargeback statuses are mapped and tracked.

All HiPay transactions are tracked in Odoo with full status mapping: Authorized, Done, Pending (including fraud-challenged), Cancelled, and Error. Server-to-server webhook notifications keep transaction statuses synchronized in real-time.
