Description
Monetico Retail is a secure online payment solution, designed for merchants who want to accept card payments easily and safely.
This module integrates Monetico Retail into Odoo by adding a new payment provider that redirects customers to a secure hosted payment page to complete their transactions.
The customer enters their card details on the Monetico Retail payment page, and is automatically redirected back to your Odoo store once the payment is processed.

Use Cases and Compatibility
The module is fully compatible and thoroughly tested for the following use cases:

Installation and configuration
Setting up Monetico Retail payments is simple, fast, and perfectly integrated with Odoo.
- Install the module via your Odoo back office.
- Log in to your Monetico Retail Back Office at https://secure.gateway.monetico-retail.com/vads-merchant/
- Navigate to Settings > Shop > Keys tab to retrieve your Site ID and Test Key.
- In Odoo, go to Accounting > Configuration > Payment Providers > Monetico Retail and fill in the credentials:
- Site ID: Your 8-digit shop identifier
- Key (Test): Your HMAC-SHA-256 test key
- Key (Production): Your HMAC-SHA-256 production key
Congratulations, you are ready to accept card payments with Monetico Retail!
Provider Configuration
BackEnd
Configure your Monetico Retail credentials directly from the Odoo payment provider form.
Simply enter your Site ID and certificate key. Switch between Test and Production mode with a single click.
FrontEnd
On the website, the Monetico Retail payment method is displayed at checkout alongside your other payment providers.
Payment pages
Once the customer clicks Pay Now, they are securely redirected to the Monetico Retail hosted payment page to enter their card details (CB, Visa, Mastercard).
The payment page supports 3D Secure 2 authentication (frictionless and challenge modes) for enhanced security.
Order Confirmation
Once the payment is validated, the customer is automatically redirected to Odoo and the order status is updated.
Payment Transactions
Monetico Retail payment transactions are available in the backend with full details: provider reference, transaction status, and payment method used.
