Payroll India — on Odoo Community
Salary, PF, ESI, Professional Tax & TDS — no Enterprise needed.
Odoo Community ships no payroll at all. This module adds a complete, self-contained payroll engine and a ready India statutory rule-pack: salary structures, payslips, batches and a branded payslip PDF, tuned for Indian compliance out of the box. Every rate is editable data — update each budget without touching code.
Provident Fund (EPF)
12% employee + 12% employer with the Rs 15,000 wage-ceiling option and the EPS split — per employee, with an applicability toggle.
ESI
0.75% employee + 3.25% employer, applied automatically only when monthly gross is within the Rs 21,000 ceiling.
Professional Tax
State-wise monthly slabs — Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal, Telangana and Gujarat included, and easy to add your own.
TDS · New Regime
Monthly TDS on projected annual income using the New Regime slabs, standard deduction and the 87A rebate.
A full payslip, computed for you
Run a whole month in one batch
Configurable salary rules
Every statutory rate, editable
Odoo 19 Community & Enterprise · License OPL-1
Computed statutory figures are a compliance aid; verify against the latest notifications before filing.
