How It Works
Follow these steps to set up and manage your dealer portal operations.
Step 1: After the installation of the module, you can access the dealer portal inside the My account
Navigate to My Account there you will find the dealer portal .
Step 2: Assigned Manufacturing Orders to Dealers
Internal users can assign manufacturing orders to specific dealers based on their partnerships and agreements. This ensures that dealers only see relevant orders in their portal.
Step 3: Sale Order and Quotation View and Payment Status
Dealers log in to their personalized portal using secure credentials. They immediately see their assigned manufacturing orders with real-time production status and progress tracking.
Step 4: punchase order view
Dealers can view their purchase orders, track their status, and access related documentation directly from their dashboard.
Step 5: View documents modules wise
View attachments across different modules in a centralized location.
Step 6: Manage Deliveries & Order
Track shipping information, confirm deliveries, and manage invoicing directly from the portal. Dealers can download documents and manage their order history seamlessly.
Installation
📂 Step 1: Copy PD Dealer Portal Module
Copy the pd_dealer_portal folder into your Odoo custom addons path.
🛠 Step 2: Enable Developer Mode
Activate Developer Mode in Odoo to allow installation of custom modules.
📦 Step 3: Update Apps List & Install
Go to Apps → Click Update Apps List → Search for PD Dealer Portal → Click Install.
🔄 Step 4: Restart Odoo Service
Restart your Odoo service to ensure proper module loading.
