PDF Watermark & Stamp (Batch) lets you stamp any PDF with a configurable watermark, in batch, straight from the Attachments list or from any model's own QWeb PDF report. Reusable templates control the text, look and placement, and every stamp run is logged so nothing is applied silently.

Reusable Stamp Templates
Configure static text or dynamic placeholders such as ${user}, ${date} and ${company}, with ready-made CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT and PAID presets that are fully editable.
Full Visual Control
Set the font, size, hex color, opacity and rotation angle of the stamp, plus which pages it applies to using a flexible page-range syntax like 1,3-5.
9-Anchor Placement Plus Tiling
Place the stamp at any of the nine grid positions (top/middle/bottom by left/center/right) or repeat it tiled across the whole page.
One-Click Preview
Render the stamp on a synthetic blank page before touching a real document, so font size, opacity, position and rotation can be judged instantly.
Batch Apply from Attachments or Reports
Apply a template to one or more existing PDF attachments at once from the Attachments list, or generate the PDF report of any selected records of any model and stamp the result on the fly.
Resilient Batch Processing
Each source is stamped independently; a failure on one document (corrupt file, render error) never blocks the rest of the batch and is recorded as a failed log line instead.
Full Audit Trail
Every stamp run is logged with the template used, the source, the acting user, the date, the page count and the resulting attachment, or the error if it failed.
