What this module does
- Automatic follow-up tasks â when a puppy is marked sold, a series of care tasks (welcome call, check-ins, vaccination reminder, anniversary) is created with due dates and assigned to staff.
- Human touchpoints, not spam â staff phone or message the customer and mark each task done; no automated emails.
- Customer Follow-ups screen â see your to-dos, overdue and due-today filters, grouped by customer or staff.
- Per-customer history â a Follow-ups button on each buyer, with a chatter log of every call.
- Configurable steps â edit the follow-up templates and timing.
