Extra Mail Attachments Sale
This module displays product-related attachments in the Sales email composer. Users can add any file to the email by clicking the “Attach to mail” button next to the attachment. Files are only added when the user clicks this button, giving full control over which documents are sent.

Extra Mail Attachments Sale
Our all-inclusive Odoo – Extra Mail Attachments Sale module enhances the sales email workflow by providing easy access to product-related attachments while sending quotations or sales orders. When attachments are added to products, they become available in the email composer when sending the sales document. Users can quickly include the required files in the email by clicking the Attach to Mail button. This helps sales teams efficiently share important product documents with customers directly from the email composer while keeping full control over which files are included in the email.

- When sending a Sales Order email, attachments linked to the products are displayed in the mail composer for quick access.
- Only attachments related to the products in the sales order are included in the email composer.
- Works directly with the sales email composer, allowing users to review or remove attachments before sending.
- Users can add product documents to the email by clicking an “Attach to mail” button.
- The same product attachments can be reused across multiple quotations and sales orders without re-uploading.
Complete Workflow for Manage Extra Mail Attachments Sale
First, install and activate the "Extra Mail Attachments Sale" module. After installing the module, go to Sales → Products → Products and open a product. Add the required files in the Attachments section of the product. Then go to Sales → Orders → Quotations / Sales Orders, create or open an order containing that product, and click Send by Email. In the Email Composer, the attachments linked to the product will be available with an Attach to mail button. Click Attach to mail to add the file to the email attachments before sending it to the customer.
Extra Mail Attachments Sale
1. Go to Sales → Products → Products and open any product.
2. Add the required files in the Attachments section of the product.
3. Go to Sales → Orders → Quotations / Sales Orders and open or create an order with that product.
4. Click Send by Email to open the email composer.
5. In the mail composer, product attachments will be available for selection.
6. Click Attach to Mail to include the required files in the email attachments.
7. Click the "Attach All to mail" button to add all attachments to the email composer
8. Send the email to share the selected product attachments with the customer.
