Fast Counter Billing
Create a new bill in seconds. Select the customer (or type a quick name), attach the referring doctor and prescription reference, then add medicines — the earliest-expiry batch, MRP and GST auto-fill via FIFO. Choose Cash, UPI, Card or Split payment and hit Confirm & Pay (Print) to finish in one click.
All Bills at a Glance
The bills list shows every transaction — bill number (RX-series), date, customer, payment mode, total, amount due and status (Draft / Confirmed / Paid). Managers see all bills; cashiers see only their own. Search, filter or group by any column.
Detailed Medicine Master
Each medicine carries brand name, generic name, internal code, category, manufacturer, drug schedule, prescription flag, barcode and UOM. The Stock & GST panel shows live current stock, stock status, reorder level, rack location, last MRP and batch count — all updated in real time.
Stock Dashboard
The Kanban stock dashboard shows every medicine as a card with current stock quantity, colour-coded availability badge (In Stock / Low / Out of Stock) and rack/shelf location — perfect for a quick visual stock check before placing a purchase order.
Low Stock Alerts
A dedicated Low Stock Alerts view lists every medicine that has fallen below its reorder level, showing current stock, date of last sale and days since last movement. A daily cron job can also email or notify the manager automatically.
Stock Adjustments
Adjustments are recorded with a system-generated reference (ADJ-series), date, medicine, batch, type (Add / Remove) and quantity. Every adjustment moves through a Draft → Done workflow, giving you a complete, tamper-evident audit trail of every stock change.
Physical Stock Audit
Run a physical count anytime. The audit form lists each medicine and batch with System Qty (from transactions) alongside the physically entered Physical Qty. Differences are highlighted in red. Confirming the audit creates correction entries and logs the event in the chatter.
Doctor Master
Maintain a directory of referring doctors with their medical registration number, specialisation, hospital/clinic affiliation, phone and email. Select a doctor on any bill to attach a prescription — essential for Schedule H / H1 compliance and doctor-wise sales analysis.
Comprehensive Report Suite
All reports accessible from a single Reports menu — no hunting through sub-menus. Printable A4 formats and exportable CSV/Excel formats for every compliance and business intelligence need.
