Frequently Asked Questions
What problem does this module solve?
This module ensures that only confirmed RFQs linked to a Purchase Agreement generate a Purchase Order. It prevents duplicate PO creation from multiple RFQs under the same agreement and aligns the PO reference with the confirmed RFQ.
What happens if multiple RFQs exist under the same Purchase Agreement?
Only the confirmed RFQ generates a Purchase Order. Other RFQs remain unchanged unless confirmed, and the system restricts unintended duplicate PO creation for the same agreement.
