Installation
- Copy the poa_helpdesk_related_tickets folder into your Odoo add-ons path.
- Restart the Odoo server.
- Enable Developer Mode, then update the App list.
- Search for Helpdesk Related Tickets and click Install.
Note: Works on Odoo.sh and
On-Premise installations. Not available on Odoo Online (SaaS).
