Portal Attendance
Management
Empower your employees to manage their own attendance records. Enable self-service correction requests directly from the Odoo portal, reducing HR administrative overhead while ensuring data accuracy.
The Correction Cycle
A smooth, secure, and transparent bridge between your employees and HR administrators.
Portal History
Employees log in to the portal and review their attendance history. If they find an error (missing checkout, late check-in), they simply click on the Change Request button.
Submit Request
The user provides the correct times using the exact-minute picker and submits a reason. The request enters the 'Pending' state for HR review.
Silent Validation
HR reviews requests in the backend. Upon approval, the original attendance record is automatically patched, and the portal status reflects the approval.
