Portal User Time Off

This Application provides functionality for the portal user to allow create new leave request as per his/her leave balance, can update Time Off and also able to see leave status and summary. No need to give user access at backend side.

This module is compatible with

Key Features

    Portal user can Create, Edit and Delete Time Off.
    Portal User can easily use from view and List view.
    Portal User can easily use reset a Time Off at draft stage again and confirm.
    Employee can Summarize Time Off.
    Search Time Off by Leave Type and Employee.
    Filter Time Off by Type.
    Filter No need to create Internal User to Employee. Only by portal user you can manage Time Off.
    Coordinate with Time Off Manager from a Time Off Request directly.
    Portal user is a employee manager then portal side access provide Time Off approved, refuse and reset to draft all child employees.

Configuration

At the time of users creation portal user rights will be given to them.

User Assignation with an Employee

After users creation users will be related to their respected employees.

Time Off Allocation Screen - Community version screen

User Edit Timezone From Website

Portal users can manage their Timezone from the website portal.

Time Off Management From Website

Portal users can manage their Time Off from the website portal.

List of Time Off From Website

All Time Off will be displayed as a List view to a respected portal user.

Time Off Summary From Website

Portal users can see their Time Off Summary from the website portal.

Create a New Time Off Request

Portal users can create a Leave by clicking on "New Time Off Request" button.

Edit Time Off

Portal users can easily edit contents like, Description, Leave Type, From Date, To Date etc.

In case of any mistake portal users can again reset their Time Off by clicking on "Reset to Draft" button.

As per the configuration done,When double approval is required for a requested then user will be also notified for that.

Delete Time Off

Portal users can delete Time Off by clicking on Delete icon.

Note: Portal user can not delete Time Off which are already approved by a leave manager.

Apply GroupBy on Time Off

Portal users can group their Time Off by type like, Legal Time Off 2019, Overtime Compensation.

Search Functionality

Portal users can search Time Off from their Time Off records.

Portal users can search Time Off by their Time Off Type like, Overtime Compensation.


Message and Communication History

Portal users can coordinate with their leave manager easily in case of any issue will occur. They can also attach necessary documents with their message here.

Portal leave provide manager level portal user to see there employees leave.

Manager level portal user can also manage his/her employees leave from portal
