Maysoft Contrôle Caisse
Contrôle des caissiers, verrouillage POS, clôture aveugle et crédit client strict
Maysoft Contrôle Caisse ajoute des garde-fous opérationnels au POS Odoo pour les points de vente où chaque caissier doit travailler sur la bonne configuration POS, éviter l'accès au backend et clôturer la caisse sans voir les totaux sensibles.
Contrôle des caissiers
- Limiter un utilisateur à une configuration POS.
- Définir les configurations POS autorisées par utilisateur.
- Séparer les droits de gestion des utilisateurs caisse et les droits de configuration POS.
- Rediriger les caissiers hors du backend lorsque cet accès est désactivé.
- Verrouiller une configuration POS pour éviter les conflits entre caissiers.
- Masquer les employés qui ne doivent pas apparaître sur l'écran POS.
Clôture et crédit
- Flux de clôture aveugle optionnel.
- Assistant de clôture obligatoire pour la clôture aveugle.
- Comptage des coupures pour les entrées et sorties de caisse.
- Contrôle strict du plafond de crédit client.
- Jeton de validation manager explicite pour les exceptions de crédit.
Utilisation recommandée
Ce module est recommandé pour les magasins, boulangeries, commerces et restaurants avec plusieurs caissiers qui ont besoin de procédures POS plus strictes que le POS Odoo standard. Il peut être utilisé seul ou avec Maysoft Documents Clients POS et Maysoft Ergonomie Caisse.
Droits d'administration
- Contrôle caisse / Gestion utilisateurs caisse : autorise l'affectation des utilisateurs et employés aux caisses.
- Contrôle caisse / Configuration POS : autorise la modification du volet Contrôle caisse sur les configurations POS.
- Contrôle caisse / Administrateur : regroupe les droits de gestion, de configuration et de supervision opérationnelle.
