User Guide & Configuration
Follow these steps to configure and run advertisement slides on your Customer Display.
Step 1: Enable & Configure Customer Display Ads
Navigate to Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings. Under the Customer Display Ads & Marketing section, enable the advertisement slideshow, set the slide interval, and customize the scrolling ticker message, background color, and font color.
Step 2: Upload & Manage Promotional Banners
Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Display Banners (or click the Banners quick link in Settings). Here you can upload banner images, assign titles, and toggle active slides.
Step 3: Launch the Customer Display
Start your POS session and open the secondary customer display window. The promotional banner slideshow will cycle automatically, accompanied by your custom animated ticker banner (positioned top or bottom).
