1. Cash Out from POS
The cashier performs a cash out operation from the POS Cash Control screen.
2. Confirm Cash Out
Cash out is confirmed and recorded as a POS statement line.
3. Add to Expense
Click Add to Expense to instantly create a draft HR Expense.
Expense Draft Created
A draft HR Expense is created with amount, reason, employee, and POS session reference.
Full Traceability
Expense shows linked POS Session and Statement Line for full audit control.
Installation & Configuration
- Install the Module: Install from Odoo Apps or manually
- Install Dependencies: POS, Accounting, HR Expenses
- Configure Employee: Ensure POS users are linked to Employees
- Expense Product: Configure at least one product with âCan be Expensedâ
- Start POS Session: Enable cash control and start selling
