POS Configuration â Global Discount Settings
Enable Global Discount in POS configuration, select the discount product, and define maximum discount percentage and amount.
Global Discount Button in POS
The Global Discount button is available directly in the POS screen for quick access by the cashier.
Select Discount Type and Value
Cashiers can choose between percentage or fixed amount discount when clicking the Global Discount button.
Discount Limit Validation
The system shows a warning alert if the entered discount exceeds the configured maximum percentage or amount.
POS Receipt with Global Discount
The applied global discount is clearly displayed on the POS receipt for transparency.
Discount Product in POS Order Lines
The global discount is applied as a separate discount product line in the POS order.
