POS Live Dashboard
Real-Time POS Analytics - KPIs, Charts, Smart Reorder Suggestions, Custom Date Filter & Export PDF/Excel/CSV
A new Live Dashboard item is added under Point of Sale > Reporting. Click it to open the shop selector popup.
Select which shop's dashboard to open. POS Managers see all shops. Viewers see only shops assigned to them. Dashboard URL is shown before opening.
Four live KPI cards - Total Sales, Orders, Customers, Avg Order Value with growth % vs previous period. Hourly sales bar chart and category doughnut chart update every 30 seconds.
Top 10 products ranked by revenue with quantity sold. Payment method breakdown with visual bars. Smart Reorder Suggestions compare 14-day sales velocity with current inventory - flags Critical, Warning, and Trending products automatically.
Automatically compares 14-day POS sales velocity with current inventory stock. Shows product name, current stock, days of stock left, and daily average sales. Critical = reorder immediately | Warning = reorder this week | Trending = demand rising, stock up now.
Switch between Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, or pick any Custom From - To date range. All charts, KPIs, and exports use the selected range. Auto-refresh is paused in custom mode.
A Live Report option is also added inside the POS session hamburger menu (â°). Cashiers can open the dashboard directly while serving customers - no need to go to the backend.
Step 1: Open Point of Sale > Configuration > [Shop Name] > Live Dashboard tab.
Click "Generate Dashboard URL" - a unique secure token is created instantly.
Step 2: Token and dashboard URL appear. Copy the URL and open on any browser, TV, or tablet.
Use "Regenerate Token" anytime to invalidate the old URL if needed.
