Maysoft Proxy Point de Vente connecte le POS Odoo aux terminaux de caisse, aux imprimantes tickets ESC/POS, à la supervision locale et aux services hors ligne. Il est conçu pour les commerces, restaurants et réseaux multi-sites utilisant Odoo sur Odoo.sh ou sur des serveurs auto-hébergés.

Fonctionnalités principales
- Gérer les sites, caisses et imprimantes POS depuis Odoo.
- Lier un terminal physique à une configuration POS Odoo.
- Router les tickets et commandes de préparation via les proxys ESC/POS locaux.
- Surveiller signal de vie, VPN, services, imprimantes, RAM et disque des terminaux.
- Préparer les noeuds hors ligne locaux et les files d'impression locales.
- Suivre la file locale persistante exposée par le proxy local-first.
- Exposer une API sécurisée pour le signal de vie terminal et les services de déploiement.
Modèle de déploiement
L'impression matérielle et les services hors ligne nécessitent un agent POS Proxy local sur chaque terminal de caisse. Votre équipe informatique peut le déployer avec la documentation fournie, ou Assistance Logiciel Mayotte peut proposer une prestation distante optionnelle.
Le module Odoo n'installe et ne lance aucun code exécutable local. La mise en place de l'agent local est traitée hors licence du module, par votre équipe informatique ou via un accord de service séparé.
Un accompagnement de premier déploiement est inclus pour un serveur Odoo, une configuration POS et un terminal de caisse, jusqu'à 3 heures sur rendez-vous.
Information importante
Ce module est destiné aux environnements Odoo.sh et Odoo auto-hébergés. Il n'est pas adapté à l'offre Odoo Online SaaS standard lorsque les modules Python personnalisés et les agents locaux ne peuvent pas être installés. La configuration VPN, le matériel imprimante, le pare-feu et le système des terminaux ne sont pas inclus dans la licence du module, sauf prestation de déploiement séparée.
