POS Redeem Wallet

Overview
POS Redeem Wallet allows customers to redeem their accumulated loyalty wallet balance directly in the Point of Sale (POS). This module enables businesses to configure redeem rules that control how and when customers can use their wallet balance as a discount on POS orders.
The system supports configurable redeem rules with minimum and maximum order amount limits, maximum redeem percentage restrictions, and product-based applicability. Businesses can define specific redeem rules for particular product categories (such as furniture) or apply them to all products.
When a customer places a POS order, the system validates the configured rules before allowing the redeem amount. Once applied, the redeem discount is automatically added to the order using a designated redeem product. The module also records redeem transactions, tracks wallet balances, and manages redeem validity periods to ensure proper usage of loyalty rewards.
Additionally, the module includes validation popups, reporting capabilities, and improved configuration settings to help businesses effectively manage their loyalty redemption process within the POS.

How It Works
Create Redeem Rules
Point of Sale POS Redeem Redeem Rule
Create redeem rules based on product categories and order price limits to generate redeem points for customers.
Since this redeem rule is created for furniture products, redeem points will only be generated for those categories. If other products reach the rule amount, redeem points will not be generated.
Configuration
Enable the "Allow Customer Redeem" field to view all other configuration fields.
Select the redeem rule that will be applied to this POS session.
Set a maximum percentage to restrict the redeem amount that can be applied to the order.
Configure validity days for redeem so it can be used until the validity period expires.
The redeem product is set by default and will be used when applying redeem discounts.
Generate Redeem Points for Customers
To generate redeem points for a customer, the order must meet the configured rule conditions.
The order amount must fall within the configured rule limits, and the products must belong to the selected categories.
Redeem Transactions
After meeting all rule conditions and confirming the order, a redeem transaction is created for the customer.

Show all transaction history with the redeem balance in the customer view.
Use Redeem Coins on Orders
Display each customer's redeem points in the customer selection list.
The order must satisfy the configured rule conditions before redeem points can be used.
Then click the Action button to add redeem coins.
If the entered redeem amount exceeds the configured "Maximum Order Percentage", a validation popup will appear.
For now, we redeem 50 coins, so the order adds a flat 50 discount and a loyalty redeem line to the order.
Redeem Transaction Report

Select the start date and end date for the report.
Select a customer and status if you want to print the report for a particular customer or status. Otherwise, leave the fields empty to generate the report for all customers and all transaction statuses.
Cashier, Currency, Company, and Report Type are selected by default but can be changed as needed.
Currently, the PDF report is generated for all customers and all types of records.
Currently, the Excel report is generated for all customers and all transaction types, with a separate sheet created for each customer.
