Keep control of your cash register
Prevent unauthorized discounts, price changes, refunds and deletions at the Point of Sale. With POS Manager Approval Pro, sensitive actions are blocked until a manager authenticates — right on the POS screen, without leaving the sale.
Three ways to approve
✔Blocks the right actions
Add product, change quantity, discount, change price, delete line, delete order, payment, refund, cash in/out — each one toggled independently.
✔Approve once per order
Optionally, a single manager approval unlocks the remaining actions of that order — fast for busy counters, strict when you need it.
✔Choose your approvers
Pick exactly which users can validate. Leave it empty and any Point of Sale Manager is allowed by default.
✔Specific payment methods
Require approval only for selected payment methods (for example, “on account” or gift cards) while others stay one-tap.
Approval, right on the POS
The cashier triggers a restricted action and this dialog appears. The manager approves with a PIN keypad, their password or a badge barcode — and the sale continues.
Set up in minutes
Everything lives in Point of Sale › Settings. Enable the feature, pick approvers, choose authentication methods and tick the actions you want to protect.
Secure & lightweight
- Credentials are always verified on the server — the browser only forwards what was typed or scanned.
- PIN and approval barcode are stored on the user, readable only by administrators.
- Barcode approval works with a USB/Bluetooth scanner or the device camera (HTTPS).
- Depends only on the standard Point of Sale app. No extra dependencies.
