POS Strict Cash Closing
Aucune fermeture de caisse possible tant que les espèces ne sont pas équilibrées.
Pourquoi ce module ?
Le Point de Vente standard d'Odoo permet à un manager de clôturer une session avec un écart d'espèces en cliquant sur "Proceed Anyway". Pour les enseignes qui veulent une discipline stricte de caisse (boulangeries, supérettes, restauration rapide, retail multi-caissiers), c'est un risque opérationnel : les écarts s'accumulent silencieusement en perte/profit, sans responsabilité claire du caissier.
Ce module impose un comportement sans tolérance : la caisse doit tomber juste, ou la session reste ouverte. Et pour éviter toute manipulation, les autres modes de paiement sont verrouillés au moment du comptage.
Fonctionnalités
Clôture bloquée si écart d'espèces
Le bouton Close Register est désactivé tant que la valeur comptée ne correspond pas exactement au montant attendu. Aucun caissier ne peut clôturer "à peu près".
Aucun "Proceed Anyway" pour le manager
La possibilité native pour un manager de forcer la clôture avec un écart est neutralisée. La règle s'applique à tous, y compris aux profils Manager du POS.
Autres modes de paiement verrouillés
Carte, compte client et autres moyens de paiement sont auto-remplis au montant attendu, grisés, avec un badge "Locked" et une icône cadenas. Le caissier ne peut plus les modifier au moment de la fermeture.
Bandeau d'avertissement dynamique
Un message "Cash mismatch" s'affiche en jaune tant que l'écart d'espèces est non nul, et disparaît automatiquement dès que la caisse est équilibrée.
Double contrôle côté serveur
Surcharge de pos.session.post_closing_cash_details
qui rejette toute différence non nulle. Aucun contournement
possible par RPC ou client externe.
Aucune configuration
Le module s'active automatiquement dès qu'un mode de paiement Espèces est présent dans la config POS. Pas d'écran de réglage à parcourir.
Pour qui ?
Toute enseigne qui veut une responsabilité claire du caissier sur l'espèce : boulangeries, supérettes, restauration rapide, retail, kiosques, magasins multi-caissiers, franchises. Idéal lorsqu'un écart de quelques dirhams/euros doit obliger un recomptage, pas être passé silencieusement en perte/profit.
Configuration
Aucune configuration nécessaire. Le module s'active automatiquement après installation, dès qu'un mode de paiement de type Espèces est présent dans la configuration POS (Odoo 19 active alors le contrôle de caisse de manière automatique). Compatible avec toutes les configurations POS standard.
