POS Order Sync
Share open POS draft orders between connected POS sessions and continue working on the same order from multiple counters, terminals, or shop sessions.
Configure trusted POS sessions, sync orders manually when needed, and let later draft updates flow automatically between synchronized POS sessions.
Keep draft orders recoverable even after interruption and continue the normal POS flow once payment is completed.

Session To Session Draft Order Sharing
Select trusted POS sessions and share open draft orders between connected POS counters or terminals.
Manual Sync For Immediate Order Push
Use the Manual Sync button whenever staff want to send the current draft order immediately to another synchronized POS session.
Automatic Reflection Of Draft Changes
After the order is shared, quantity changes, added products, and other draft updates are reflected in the synchronized session.
Draft Order Recovery After Interruption
Open draft orders remain recoverable after restart or interruption so the order flow can continue without losing the draft.
Normal Payment Flow After Draft Finalization
Once the order is paid, it stops behaving like a shared draft and continues in the standard POS payment flow.
Step 1: Open POS Settings
Go to Point of Sale configuration and open the settings screen for POS synchronization setup.
Step 2: Open The First POS Session
Start the first POS shop session from the dashboard so it can participate in order synchronization.
Step 3: Link The Second POS Session
Select the second POS session and link it with the first session to enable two-way draft synchronization.
Step 4: Choose The POS Configuration
Use the POS selector to choose which POS shop configuration you want to edit.
Step 5: Select Sync With Sessions
Choose the POS session with which the current POS should share open draft orders.
Step 6: Open The Second POS Session
Open the second synchronized POS session in another tab, browser, or device.
Step 7: Create A Draft Order
Create a draft order in the first POS session and prepare it for synchronization.
Step 8: Use Manual Sync
Click Manual Sync to immediately share the current draft order with the synchronized POS session.
Step 9: View The Shared Draft Order
The second POS session receives the same draft order and can continue working on it.
Step 10: Auto Reflect Order Changes
Changes made in one synchronized POS session are automatically reflected in the other session.
Step 11: Complete Payment
After payment is completed, the order is no longer treated as a shared draft in the synchronized POS session.
